We have carefully created a teaching pack for educators with lesson plans and other activities. The resources in the pack are geared towards Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculums (ages 8-12) so that students and teachers have engaging tools to interact with and delve deeper into the stories of Mansa Musa and Fatima Al-Fihri.

Our Story Media Group have done it again, producing another brilliant book about someone I knew nothing about. Shen Kuo achieved mastery in so many areas and through this dedication to the pursuit of knowledge discovered both true north and climate change.
There are some thought provoking discussion points at the back and a craft activity for children to complete too. I would highly recommend this along with the other books in the series!

We really enjoyed this book, it made us feel like we were on a little adventure with the little Aliens! We loved the interactive elements that kept the reading more engaging. I think this is great for parents trying to find innovative ways to explain the cons of a bad sleeping routine and the tools to create a good routine in a fun and indirect way. 5 stars!

I decided to give this book a try as it peaked my interest and I was pleasantly surprised. The story itself was new to me and well written for young readers. I especially liked the inclusion of a glossary. Together with the illustrations and the activities at the end, this book kept on giving! Highly recommended.
